You might notice that your Hisense TV is not connecting to Amazon Prime Video. Maybe you see an error message about your certificate, or your screen freezes or something similar. This problem may be due to a software issue on your television, or it could be because of an issue with the app itself.

If your Hisense TV is not connecting to Amazon Prime Video, you need to see if your television’s software needs to be updated. To do that, you will need to hit the menu button on the remote control and then navigate to “About” on the TV screen. Then you need to select that to check for an update.

Go ahead and proceed to download the software update if your television indicates that you need one. Try to open the Amazon Prime Video application when you are done with that and see if it works for you.

You can also look for updates to Amazon Prime. Alternatively, you can uninstall and reinstall the program if you have the same problem after you’ve done the previously mentioned steps. You can do that by quickly navigating to the Amazon Prime Video app on your television and then going into its menu options for the uninstall button. Once it uninstalls, you can visit the store and download it again. Wait for it to download, open it, and see if your problem has been resolved. In most cases, the situation gets resolved with one of the methods mentioned above.

You might experience a situation in which your Hisense television keeps disconnecting from Amazon Prime. That could be a number of reasons, and they could have to do with your internet connection, software, or memory.

The first thing you should try if your Hisense TV fails to connect to Amazon Prime is to reset your television to factory settings. That tends to resolve many problems. To do that, you need to turn the television on and then find the gear icon in the upper right-hand screen.

Press that gear icon and then scroll down to “device preferences” on the menu that unfolds before you. Travel down to the bottom of the next menu that shows up on the screen until you see “Reset.” Select that, and then you will see a warning that explains how all of your data will be erased when you finish the process. Go down to the second “Reset” command and OK it to start the factory reset process. Give the television a chance to restart, and then see if you can use Amazon Prime Video.

Not being able to load Amazon Prime Video is a frustrating situation. Fortunately, you might be able to rectify it with a few quick steps.

The failure for Amazon Prime to load on a Hisense TV usually has something to do with the internet connection. The first step is to try to reset your router and/or your model. You can do that by pressing the reset buttons on either one of those items.

Alternatively, you can pull the plug on those items and then give them about five minutes to reset themselves. Wait for your television to reconnect with the internet, and then see if the magic happens for you on Amazon Prime.

Don’t be alarmed if Amazon Prime won’t play on your Hisense TV. If your Amazon Prime Video application will not play on your Hisense TV, you may need to remove the application altogether. However, you can try a few other solutions first to see if they work.

If your Hisense TV will not play Amazon Prime, you can start by clearing the cache for the application. Navigate to the app’s icon and then find the menu item that will allow you to clear the cache. Do that and see if the app will work for you after that.

If that doesn’t work, you can uninstall the app and then reinstall it again to see if you can get it going.

A slow or inconsistent connection when you are trying to watch Amazon Prime on your Hisense TV can be frustrating. Most of the time, slow movement and freezing have something to do with the internet connection. There are a few quick processes you can try if you notice that your Amazon Prime seems to be operating slowly on your Hisense TV.

If Amazon Prime is slow on your Hisense TV, you can check to ensure that your internet connection is good. Check your wires if you have a wired connection. Move the router closer to the television if it looks like it’s too far away. The next step is to reset your router and see if it does the trick.

Your router will most likely have a reset button on it. You can reset it by pressing that button and holding it until you notice that the router is resetting. Once it resets, you’ll need to wait a few minutes for everything to reconnect.

That should solve your problem, but there is something else you can do if it doesn’t. You may have to clear the app’s cache if your problem just started recently after a long period of having the app work properly. To do that, you need to find the application on your smart TV and then go into the settings. You should see an option to clear the cache. You can initiate the cleaning from there.
