Although there is not much preparation that is necessary for installing FRP over plywood, you should still install it after the preparation takes place. Here are some things to keep in mind.
Storage – If you are not using the FRP panels immediately, you should store them in a dry area. They should also be stacked on a dry surface after removing them from the skid. Do not allow the panels to remain wrapped for an extended amount of time.
Acclamation – Make sure that the panels are in the same room as the installation for at least 24 hours. Otherwise, shrinkage or expansion may be a problem.
