If YouTube isn’t working on your iPad, reset your network, disconnect any other devices connected to the network that are not in use, check to see that your network speed can support the type of videos you are playing, and select the option to go into “Desktop Mode.”

If HBO Max on Hulu is not working, you can try updating the app to see if software updates resolve the issue, check to make sure your logins match with Hulu, change your email with Hulu if you had a previously existing HBO MAX subscription, and go online to HBO Max if you see content missing.
If Hulu Disney Plus is not working, try changing the password of Disney Plus by going to disneyplus.com, reset your router to help stabilize your internet connection, and make sure you are using the correct login information that matches your Hulu account.
If YouTube on your iPhone isn’t working, free up storage space within your phone, update the app with the latest software, check to make sure you have a stable network connection, close out of all other apps before using YouTube, and try clearing the cache within YouTube
If Hulu isn’t working on your iPhone, try clearing the app’s cache, update the app with the latest software, check to make sure that your iPhone is updated with iOS 14 or later, and check to make sure that no server outages have occurred within your area.
If Hulu Autoplay has no sound, clear your watch history, log out of the app and back in, try turning Autoplay off, and check to make sure that no other titles are affected by sound issues. If sound problems are widespread, try updating the app with the latest firmware.
Most screen problems on Hulu relate to firmware bugs. These issues will only be permanently fixed by updating Hulu regularly. However, temporary fixes include restarting or reinstalling the app, troubleshooting the network, resetting your device, adjusting display settings or clearing the app cache.
If HBO Max is not loading or opening on your smart TV, try resetting your network first. If this does not work, try deleting and reinstalling the app. To do this, simply delete the app from your smart TV, find it once again within the app section of your device, and reinstall the app.
If Hulu is continuing to freeze or crash without warning it could be that the app is in need of an update. This process is going to differ depending on the brand and model of your smart TV, but it should involve highlighting the app and selecting an update if one is available.
If Hulu is not connecting on your smart TV, it could be that your network speed is not sufficient. To stream content from Hulu on a smart TV, you must have sufficient internet speed. This can be tested by performing a speed test online with a separate device.
If there is a sound delay when using Hulu on your smart TV, check to make sure that your network connection is stable. If your network is running slowly and is trying to operate too many devices, the sound can lag. Either disconnect some devices or reset your network to resync the sound.
If your Hulu remote has a blinking green light and you notice that it is not working as consistently as it should, this typically means that the batteries are going out and need to be replaced. Be sure to replace the batteries with high-quality options to get the best operation from your remote.
If Hulu’s closed caption keeps turning off, it may be that the app needs to be updated with the latest firmware. To check for any software updates, search the exact device you are trying to watch Hulu on and follow the specific steps for that particular device to find any available firmware updates.
The Hulu login will not work if your credentials are incorrect, your subscription has expired or the account is not activated. You also must use your home network or be within 30 days of ‘check-in’. Certain browsers, ad blockers, a full cache, outdated firmware and poor internet can also contribute.
Netflix will not load or play on a Mac if temporary website data, such as cookies or __Indexed DB, need to be cleared. You may also need to change Safari’s preferences to ‘Allow Auto-play’ or reinstall Silverlight. Other issues relate to outdated software, poor internet or certain security software.
For the Netflix app installed on a laptop you should ensure the Netflix app is up to date in the Microsoft store. Next, go to the list of apps on your computer and select the advanced options for the Netflix app, select ‘terminate’ and ‘reset’. Below are some more steps if it’s still not working.
If Roku AirPlay keeps disconnecting, check to make sure that your Apple device has both Bluetooth and Wifi enabled. If you have recently installed a software update on your Apple device, these features can be turned off, which could be the cause of the constant disconnection from your Roku device.
Most issues with Hulu audio are related to firmware bugs, which are resolved through updates to Hulu and your streaming device. If no updates are available, you can try restarting your device or reinstalling Hulu. You may also need to change the audio settings and check your network connection.
Netflix sound will not work on your Mac if you have muted or set the volume too low. This can be adjusted on the keyboard or in System Preferences, or can be separately adjusted in the Netflix video and Safari. The sound can also be affected by Mac errors or by other programs, apps and plugins.
Netflix only works on Mac computers through a web browser. Further issues may require you to update the browser, restart your Mac, clear temporary web files or RAM, troubleshoot your network, disable or update plugins or browser extensions, or disable the ‘Automatic Graphics Switching’ function.
The sound in Netflix usually does not work on an iPhone due to the sound settings in both the app and on your phone. There may also be apps running in the background that are dominating the sound, or making it too low. Other possibilities include poor internet connection or bugs in the firmware.
If Netflix on Xfinity isn’t showing up, isn’t available, or can’t be found, it could be that your Xfinity box is not compatible with the app. To see if your Xfinity box is compatible, press the ‘Xfinity’ button on the remote > ‘Apps’ > highlight and click the app icon, then see if Netflix appears.
If screen mirroring keeps disconnecting on your Sony TV, try resetting your network by unplugging the router for 60 seconds then plugging it back in and allowing it to reboot. If screen mirroring is still disconnecting, it could be that your router is not placed close enough to your TV.
If YouTube is still freezing and crashing after completing the previous steps, it may be time to delete and reinstall the application on your Smart TV. This process will differ in steps depending on the brand of TV you have, but by deleting the app, you can get rid of any corrupted data within.
If YouTube is not connecting on your smart TV, be sure that your TV is successfully connected to a network. The process will vary for each TV brand, however, the majority of TVs will have connection information listed under ‘Settings.’ Once there, confirm that a successful connection is made.
If YouTube is not full screen on your smart TV, take your remote, and at the bottom of the video player from within YouTube, tap the full-screen mode icon. Once this has been clicked, the video should immediately expand and you should then be able to watch content on a full screen.

If, on Xbox, Netflix keeps logging out, signing out, or kicking you out of the app, one of the fastest ways to resolve the issue is to uninstall and reinstall the app. To do this, see the previous section, “Xbox Netflix Login/Sign In Problems’ to find the steps you need to complete this process.
Generally, this is caused by an error with the specific show/movie you’re trying or can be related to an old IP address logged in your DNS records. To resolve this issue, try to watch a different show or movie. The DNS records can also be flushed in your computer settings.
Begin by restarting the device that’s playing Netflix. Then attempt to play a show or movie and see if the issue has been resolved. If you’re still experiencing audio lag, then try a different show or movie title. Each projector brand also has unique ways to troubleshoot audio lag.
