Netflix will likely keep stopping if there are connectivity issues. First, make sure your Apple TV is not located within a cabinet as this can block the Wi-Fi signal.

However, this does not mean you cannot project your Netflix app onto the Apple TV. If you have an Apple iPhone or iPad, you can still use the ‘Screen Mirroring’ function.

To do this, swipe to open the Apple control screen. For example, this is opened by swiping across the screen from the top right corner of the iPhone. Then you should see an icon named ‘Screen Mirroring’.

Provided you are connected to the same network as your Apple TV and the Apple TV is switched on, you should able to see it in the Screen Mirroring list. Once you select you Apple TV, your screen will be projected onto the Apple TV.
