Sonos Keeps Disconnecting or Won’t Connect to WiFi Network

If your Sonos WiFi is not loading, you should first look to the WiFi rather than your Sonos device. Be sure that the connection is strong (see: “Sonos Keeps Disconnecting”) and if it is not, give a call to your WiFi provider to manage the strength. Also, reset your router to try to bypass any small issues that may have only temporarily occurred by unplugging it from the power source for one minute.

Sonos Won’t Work/Turn On or Off/Keeps Turning On/Off

If your Sonos speaker won’t turn off and it uses a power cord, the quickest and most effective solution is to unplug the speaker and leave it unplugged for at least two minutes before plugging it back in. This should cause a reset within the device that may fix any small issues that caused the device to stay on in the first place.

Sonos Keeps Cutting / Pausing / Repeating / Skipping Songs

If your Sonos keeps playing the same song, first make sure that the repeat feature on your iSO device is not turned on. To do this, open the music app on your device and tap on the song that is currently playing > tap the ‘Up Next’ icon at the bottom of the screen > tap the ‘Repeat’ icon (two arrows curved toward each other in an oval shape) until it is no longer highlighted.
