Samsung Phone Camera Not Working

If your Samsung phone camera is not working, this is an annoying and frustrating problem that needs to be quickly addressed. This issue is often due to an issue with your Samsung phone’s software rather than from a problem with the phone’s camera. At this point, you should be able to see a notice for Safe Mode that will be in the lower left-hand corner of the phone’s screen. Then, go ahead and launch the Samsung Phone Camera and see if it works normally.

Then select Reboot System Now and press on Power again.

Samsung Phone Camera Error Warning Unable to Record Videos During Call

If your Samsung phone camera is not working and you get an error warning that your phone is unable to record video calls during a call, first try to restart it. Then, clear the cache and data. Go to the Settings Screen on your Samsung phone. Look for the Application Manager and click on it.

Go ahead and select All via swiping Left. Then, scroll downward and press on Camera. Now, tap on Force Stop and then tap on Clear Cache. Check to see if the Camera begins to work again since you have cleaned the Cache out now.

First, go to Settings and then to Applications Manager. Then, look for the Gallery and select it. Now, Force Stop the Gallery App by clicking on the Force Stop Button.

Tap on Clear Cache to delete the Cache files.

Then, click on Clear Data to delete all the files and data in the gallery as well. Then tap on OK to make sure the entire process is confirmed.

Now, return to the Samsung Phone Camera App to make sure it is functioning properly again and not continuing to show error messages when attempting to record a video message.
