Samsung Messages Not Sending

Samsung phone users who use the Samsung Messages App to send and receive messages have reported encountering problems when trying to send messages. Most frequently, they will get an Error Message indicating that their message cannot be sent.

If you want to know how to fix Samsung messages not sending to iPhones, first, try restarting the phone. Hold down the Power Button and then select Restart. Then, make sure you are not on the other person’s Block list. Now, check your MMS/SMS Settings.  

To do so, go to Messages and then go ahead and open a message from someone who was not able to receive one of your messages. Select Details and then put a check next to the box indicating Only Send MMS and SMS Messages. You can sometimes switch this setting on by toggling the switch to the On position.

Samsung Messages Not Sending After Update

Now try to send a text message to your own number.

If this does not work to solve the problem, clear the Data, and clear the Cache of your Samsung Message App.

To do so, first go to Settings and then go to Apps and then to Messages. Now, clear both the Cache and all Data and check again to see if you can send yourself a text message.

If all else fails, you can try to perform a Master Reset.

Go to the Home Screen and then go to the Apps Tray.

Now, tap on Settings and then go to General Management and then to Reset and then to Reset Network Settings.

Tap on Reset Settings and enter your PIN if you indeed do have one.

Tap again on Reset Settings and you should see a Confirmation Window indicating that the Master Reset has been completed.

Samsung Messages Not Sent Service not Activated on Network

When you are trying to send a picture to someone and you get the message that Service Not Activated on Network, it is both frustrating and annoying. Usually, this problem stems from the MMS not being set up on your account.

 If you want to know how to fix Samsung messages not sent service not activated on network, first, download Network Settings from your Network Carrier and then check it again. If the problem persists, go to Settings and then to SIM Card and then go to Select Network Manually.

Now, choose your carrier and then change Network Type to Auto. Then go ahead and restart your Samsung phone.

You can also try a Soft Reset or Battery Pull by removing your Samsung phone’s battery and leaving it out of the phone for forty-five seconds.

Then replace the battery and try to send a picture by Samsung Message again to see if the problem has been corrected.
