The primary reason why a headset is not producing any sound from an Xbox is that it is not turned on or turned up. If your headset has any onboard controls, including buttons and dials on the cord, make sure they are set to the appropriate level. Otherwise, you may need to reset the equalizer levels to default.
If your Xbox won’t play Netflix, it could be that you don’t have the proper bandwidth to support playing the content from within the app. You will need a connection speed of 25 Mbps or higher to be able to play Netflix from your Xbox, as lower bandwidths cannot accommodate the content.
If the sound of Netflix is out of sync or lagging on your Xbox, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app to your Xbox. To do this, go to ‘Games & Apps’ > ‘Apps’ > ‘Netflix’ > ‘Manage App’ > ‘Uninstall All’ > then select ‘Uninstall All’ once more to confirm you want to delete the app.

Your Xbox controller won’t move because the sensors under your thumbstick guide are damaged, there’s a sticking issue (spilled beverages), or you’re experiencing stick drift. Do a hard reset and clean your controller with a microfiber cloth or a toothpick dipped in isopropyl to fix it.
