It is very upsetting to want to view some of your favorite programs and then to find that your Xfinity Stream App is not showing all your channels. Usually, this is because of something that is blocking you from connecting with these channels.  Fortunately, careful and rapid troubleshooting can lead to a quick solution to this issue.

If your Roku Xfinity is not working and your Roku Xfinity App is missing channels, restart the Roku Xfinity App and reboot your Smart TV by first minimizing the app to the System Tray and then exiting the app. Then, open the Windows menu and complete the reboot.

You can also try to re-log into your Xfinity account by clicking on the Cogwheel icon and then select Login. Then you will be sent to the Login Screen. Login and then see if the missing channels are appearing again.

If you are using a Roku device on a Smart TV and are spending a lot of money every month for a high- level Xfinity package with almost every channel imaginable, it is absolutely maddening to see that some of your favorite channels like HBO are showing up on your TV screen in a tiny box with black borders that you can barely see.

If your Roku Xfinity is not working and your Roku Xfinity is not full screen, and if your cable box is using a HDMI port, switch the connections and attach the Roku to the cable box port and the cable box to the Roku port. Then reboot both devices and recheck the screen aspect ratio.

The Roku Xfinity Stream Beta Channel allows you to stream programs and media from Xfinity via your Roku Device. If the installation of the Beta App fails, you may need to reinstall it. If the problem persists, take the troubleshooting steps as outlined below.

If your Roku Xfinity is not working and the Roku Xfinity Stream Beta Install Failed, enter the Xfinity App. Go to Settings and then to the Account Tab. Find the Sign Out Options. Now, click on Sign In. Enter your Xfinity Credentials and then sign in.

Now, go to the Xfinity Beta Channel and see if you still have the problem. If so, check your internet connection. If you have a poor internet connection, this could also slow down your Xfinity Beta Channel.

You can also try to relocate your Router into the same room with your Roku Device to avoid any interference between the two devices.

If this still doesn’t solve the problem, do a reset of your Modem and Router. Turn off the router and unplug the power cable. Then plug the power cable back in.

As another potential solution, Power Cycle the Roku Device by using the Remote to turn it off. Then, unplug the power cord from the wall socket and wait for from three to five minutes. Now, plug the power cable back into the wall socket.

You can also check for any software updates for your Roku device by going to Settings and then Software Update. Then go to Software Updates and be sure, if there is one to download, that you download it and then install it properly.
