Netflix will not work on a Hisense TV if you have poor WiFi. There may also be firmware bugs, an overloaded cache or the Netflix servers could be down. If there is no audio, the TV’s sound settings may not be correct. If there is no image, the video may be loading or there may be hardware issues.
Check that your Whirlpool dishwasher is getting power by seeing whether it is plugged in, and the fuse on the switch board hasn’t blown. If it’s getting electricity then it indicates that the control panel is faulty. But, you should first put it in diagnostic mode to see if that fixes it.
