Generally, it is caused by no internet connection. However, if the internet connection is working then the Fire TV stick should be restarted, and the cache should be cleared. If it still won’t play then the Netflix app should be uninstalled and reinstalled.

If Chromecast YouTube sound, audio, or volume is not working or there is no sound or lagged sound, Chromecast may need to be rebooted. To do this, open the Google Home app on your device > select your device > ‘Settings’ > ‘More’ > ‘Reboot’ and this will reboot Chromecast for you.
If YouTube Keeps freezing or crashing on your Sony TV, it is likely that the application needs to be updated. To do this, press ‘Home’ on your remote > ‘Apps’ > ‘Google Play Store’ > ‘YouTube’ > then select the app to see if an update is available. If there is, follow the instructions to complete.
If you cannot sign in to YouTube on your Sony TV, be sure that you have the latest firmware installed on your TV. To do this, press the ‘Home’ button on your remote > ‘Settings’ > ‘Setup/Product Support’ > ‘Software Update’ > ‘Network’ > then select ‘OK’ to install any new firmware updates.

As a general rule, the Hulu app won’t download, install, update, or show up if your Apple TV software is not up to date. To update the Apple TV software one needs to navigate to the settings using the Apple TV remote. Following that select ‘System’ and then ‘Software Updates’.
There are a few fixes to implement and it requires trial and error until one of them resolves the issue. Perform a restart on your Apple TV by putting it to sleep, and unplugging it at the wall. Then ensure the Apple TV has a stable internet connection. Finally, the app may need to be reinstalled.

To clear the Hulu cache on your Vizio TV, press the ‘Menu’ button on your remote > ‘System’ > ‘Reset and Admin’ > ‘Clear Memory’ > ‘Clear Memory/Factory Defaults’ > enter PIN (0000)’ > ‘OK.’ This will clear the cache of your entire TV, which may also cause other apps to work more smoothly.
To update the YouTube app on your Vizio TV, press the ‘Home’ button on your remote control, select ‘YouTube,’ press the yellow button on your remote, then select ‘Update.’ To reset the YouTube app on your Vizio TV, refer back to the previous section “Vizio TV Youtube App Black Screen.”

To update Prime Video on a Samsung TV, start by pressing the ‘Home’ button on your remote control. Then, navigate to ‘Apps’ and select ‘Amazon Prime Video.’ You will then select ‘Settings’ (or the icon), highlight and enable ‘Auto Update’ and then wait for the application to update automatically.
If Hulu won’t install on your Samsung TV, be sure that you are following the proper installation steps while also checking that your internet is working and up to speed. To install Hulu, press ‘Home’ > ‘Apps’ > type ‘Hulu’ in the search option > click on Hulu and then proceed with the download.
If the YouTube app on your Samsung TV has disappeared, it may be that your TV is no longer compatible with the application after an update occurred (such as the EH5300 and FH6200 models). If you have either of these models, you will have to access YouTube through a different medium.

If your Apple TV is asking for a password when using AirPlay, this is likely happening because a new update has just occurred. When a new update automatically installs on your Apple TV, it may require you to enter one password to verify the secondary device that you are using for AirPlay. Simply take the device you are trying to connect to AirPlay and input the password that shows up onscreen.
To enable AirPlay on your Samsung TV, you will go into the settings of your TV first. Once you have done this, your TV will be in a constant mode to be able to mirror whatever you please without having to enable the feature again.
As a general rule, you’ll want to first restart your Samsung TV by turning it off, and unplugging it at the wall for 2 minutes. Then turn it back on again. If that doesn’t fix it then you’ll want to have a look at your speaker system to see that it’s all connected.
As a whole you’ll want to first try playing another movie or TV show. If another TV show or movie works it means that the TV show or movie you were trying to watch is broken. And you should report the problem to Netflix so they can fix it. Otherwise it’s an issue with the speaker settings.
